I want to know if you are still looking for subs in Indiana, specifically north west Indiana. I am currently a property preservation contractor in South Bend, IN. I currently cover abut a 60 mile radius of St. Joseph county. I am currently working for Midwest REO Maintenance, LLC. My vendor contact, Chris Wontorski, is a great guy, but unfortunately he does not have enough work to keep me busy full-time. I do have a $1M liability policy, but I do not have E&O or work comp. I got the paperwork approved for a South Bend trash hauling license, but I still have to get my truck inspected. I will do the inspection soon, I just received the signs for my truck today from vistaprint. I have all the tools, some knob-locks, padlocks, and lock-boxes, 2 full-size pick-up trucks (one with bed-height extensions), and a trash-out trailer. With both trucks and the trailer, I have a combined capacity of 30 cu.yds. plus my equipment and crew. I can do almost any property preservation task, but I do not do roofs. I have 10 years experience doing property preservation on rental properties plus 6 months of doing REO properties. My brother-in-law and myself handle the field work and my wife handles my pictures and invoicing. If you was to call anyone about how we work, they would tell you that we are a hard working crew, dedicated to do the job correct the first time, I have a keen eye for details, we can work with no supervision (especially important on reoccuring maintenance), I shoot straight from the hip, my wife always goes above and beyond on her pictures and labeling, and you will not have to worry about our work being done rightthe first time by the deadline. Once, we did a 40 cu.yd. trash-out, a sales clean, lock change, and cut a lawn that was 42 inches tall, all in one day, 3 hours from home. We were not expecting that much debris, because the company that hired us to do the work did not notice that 20 cu.yds. of debris ( which was a complete addition that was ripped off the house and included the foundation) was hiding in the back yard. We worked thru the 95 degree heat and got the job done.
We cover St.Joseph, Elkhart, LaPorte, Porte, Lake, Lagrange, Noble, Starke, Marshall, and Kosciusko counties in Indiana and Berrien, Cass and St. Joseph in Michigan.

We're pleased to rollout our Industry Certification Program. This Program is the result of significant effort of the MortgageFieldRep Team. It also includes a MFR Reference guide, in a zip format, which includes bid forms, client list, resume templates and much more. The intent of the program is to meet MFR's desire to provide members with a tool by which they can train and certify their staff and subcontractor network on all facets of mortgage field services. It is also the MFR's goal to have the "MFR Certified" designation be the gold standard in the field service industry. There are currently learning modules covering Tools for Success, Property Inspections, Property Preservation, and Generating Estimates. Our expectation is that this program will set a new standard for trained, qualified field service rep so that when hiring companies have a choice, they choose the MFR-certified vendor. A passing exam score on the final assessment will result in a Certificate of Completion that the test taker can print off and keep as part of their resume.
